Steve Mullally

Rod Goult - Chairman and Technical Director of The Victoria Group, Inc., has worked in a wide variety of disciplines in both manufacturing and service environments. His specialties are electronics design and manufacture and software. He is the author of the five-day Auditor/Lead Auditor training program and the Internal Auditor course as well as the shorter Executive Overview course and the ISO 9000 Handbook published by the company. He co-authored the ISO 9000-3 course on the application of ISO 9001 to Software Development and the How to Implement and Document courses offered by The Victoria Group. As Technical Director of the organization Rod is the principal author of all the training programs offered by The Victoria Group, Inc. Rod has worked with a number of companies in the UK and Sweden on ISO 9001 certification and BABT approvals and has assisted many US companies to achieve first-time certification success. More recently Rod has become involved in assisting organizations with ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems. Outside of the company Rod is a regular contributor to conferences and publications on management system and auditing matters, and is a significant contributor to the McGraw-Hill ISO 9000 Handbook. He was involved in commenting on the initial development of the RAB auditor training and certification program and served on the RAB Software Quality Systems Certification Committee. In 1994 he became involved in the evolution and development of the International Auditor and Training Certification Association (IATCA), initially as a member of the Training Program Working Group, during which time he acted as requirements author for the committee. This group developed the Criteria currently in use by auditor training and certification bodies world-wide as the basis for training auditors. He currently serves as Chairman of the IATCA Technical Committee, responsible for the coordination of all IATCA criteria documents. Rod is an Certificated Lead Auditor.

Steve Mullally - President, Victoria Management Consultants, Inc. and Senior Consultant, worked in quality assurance with Eastman Kodak for 18 years where he was extensively involved in Vendor Assurance programs, Quality Improvement Programs and most recently, implementing ISO 9000. Over the years, Steve developed and presented numerous training programs and performed system assessments against ISO 9000, ISO Guide 25 (laboratory), Regulatory Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs), as well as the Kodak "Q1" Supplier Quality System. Steve is a Certificated Lead Auditor and a RABQSA Certified Quality Systems Lead Auditor.
